We (John & Gaia) have recorded a podcast, just for you.
JOHN & GAIA PODCAST 1
We think you’ll love this – our first podcast, coming in at 18 mins long.
It’s a great introduction (or reminder) to ‘F**k It’. And we also go deep into the F**k It work too.
In fact, we ask this question –
Do you know what’s blocking you from having the life you want, and being free?
If you were to answer now, you’d probably give a list that pointed to the obligations you have, the job that you don’t like, the little problem of money, or the lack of self-esteem you feel, and so on.
But UNDERNEATH all that, we’re usually being blocked by old patterns that don’t serve us any longer. The problem is – most people don’t even know what these patterns are.
So, in this podcast –
I (John) explain why F**k It works as a quick and powerful therapy.
Gaia takes us to the other, deeper side – and explains how we can start to identify these old patterns that are blocking us – and stopping us being freer – and start to use ‘F**k It’ to break free from them.
We had a lot of fun recording this. We think you’ll –
Laugh
Learn something new about yourself
Want to listen to the next one (which helps you identify your blocks).
Here it is –
JOHN & GAIA PODCAST 1 – WHAT’S BLOCKING YOU?
Enjoy.
P.S. We’re doing this F**k It Festival weekend in Brighton in May (5-6). And we only just booked our hotel (and found that the hotel we’re using for the Festival, ‘Jurys Inn’ was offering a good price, so booked into there). If you fancy coming and haven’t booked the weekend, or your hotel, yet – chop chop –
F**K IT FESTIVAL, BRIGHTON, MAY 5-6
And I (John) am at the London Mind Body Spirit Festival this year – doing a 2 hour workshop on the subject of my new book (out in June) ‘F**k It. Be at Peace with Life, Just as It Is’ – on Sunday 27th May (13.15 – 15.15).
LINK TO JOHN’S WORKSHOP AT MBS, MAY 27th
It’s cheap too – you buy at ticket to get into the whole festival for the day, then one for my workshop… all for less than £30.
Thanks guys, great stuff. Keep it coming, always a pleasure to read and listen to your work. You’re quite right, when people have the perspective to see their schemas or almost fixed action patterns they can start to undo a lot of their own programming and be free to all kinds of new experiences.
